“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be weary they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:6-7, 11–13 In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need.
BIBLE VERSE ABOUT PERSEVERANCE AFTER DEATH HOW TO
I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus…Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. But that was to make us rely not on ourselves but on God who raises the dead.” 2 Corinthians 1:8-9 Indeed, we felt that we had received the sentence of death. For we were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself. “For we do not want you to be unaware, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia. “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9 “It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn your statutes.” Psalms 119:71 “Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.” James 1:12 25 Comforting Bible Verses about Suffering and Trials May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

My prayer for you is that of the apostle Paul in Romans 15:13: Make these verses your prayer, and go deeper in the Scriptures by studying each verse in their context. Use these 25 Bible verses about suffering to encourage, comfort, and challenge you to pursue Christ with greater steadfastness and humility.

And yet each day may challenge our faith and perseverance. Knowing this, we can press on in suffering expectant of God’s grace and power to work in us. God often allows us to pass through the furnace of affliction to meet us there and transform us into His image. It often reveals the idols of our hearts and our deepest weaknesses. It shows us who we really are, what we’re trusting in, and where our hope is found.
